Created by fitness professional Courtney Durando who has personally experienced explant recovery, this program bridges the gap between surgery and real-life movement. With safe progressions, mobility, strength and support, women are guided back to feeling confident, capable and strong in their bodies again.
Prenatal + Postpartum Fitness Training
Specialized strength and movement coaching for women through pregnancy, postpartum and every stage of motherhood. With a focus on strength training, core and pelvic floor support, and postpartum injury rehab, these programs help women feel strong, supported and confident in their changing bodies- before and after baby. Courtney sees clients one on one and semi-private in person and virtually.
